The aim of this research is to design and implement an information security system based on the ISO/IEC 27001 standard to enhance the protection of information assets and establish sustainable security governance. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method consisting of literature review, needs analysis, risk assessment using a Risk Assessment Matrix, system design and implementation of security controls, and system evaluation through penetration testing and user compliance surveys. The results show that the implementation of technical security controls, such as data encryption, firewalls, and access management, significantly reduces data leakage risks and improves user compliance and awareness of information security practices. These reactions reflect the level of public trust in the government’s fiscal and economic policy directions. This study aims to analyze public sentiment regarding the leadership change using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm as the main classification method. The data were collected from public comments on YouTube videos discussing the Minister of Finance transition. The research stages included data collection, text preprocessing, sentiment labeling, feature extraction using the Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) method, and sentiment classification using SVM. Model evaluation was carried out through accuracy, precision, and recall metrics. The results show that the SVM algorithm achieved optimal classification performance with an accuracy of approximately 97%. Lala Dentist Jember Clinic, which serves more than 300 patients per month, also experiences similar problems, because the registration process, recording medical records, reporting, and payments are still done manually. This results in data duplication, service delays, recording errors, and difficulties tracking patient treatment histories. The purpose of this study was to identify the needs of a management information system at Lala Dentist Jember Clinic, design an integrated system according to RME standards with interactive administration and odontogram features, and test its feasibility and effectiveness. The research method used a Research and Development (R&amp;D) approach with a Waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model using the PHP/Laravel and MySQL frameworks. The results of this study are an integrated information system according to RME standards with interactive administration and odontogram features that can help the effectiveness and productivity of the clinic's service process, but also contribute to the digital transformation of health in Indonesia by strengthening patient data integration and improving medical information security. The study concluded that the system simplifies registration, queue management, electronic medical record keeping, and the presentation of clinical reports more quickly and accurately. This study aims to address the security risks and administrative inefficiencies at Executive Menteng Apartment, where guest recording is still performed manually using physical logbooks. This manual system is prone to data loss, reporting delays, and lack of visitor validation. To solve this, a web-based guest management application featuring a digital visitor pass with QR Code was designed. The development methodology followed the Waterfall model, comprising analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases. The research results in a functional web application that automates guest recording in real-time and generates unique QR Codes for visitor validation. System validation was conducted using black-box testing, which confirmed that all features, including multi-role login and report generation, operate correctly. The research methodology includes a literature review, in-depth interviews, questionnaire distribution, and direct observation of laboratory activities. The analysis results indicate that most IT governance processes are at Level 2 (Managed), meaning that the processes are documented and systematically managed but not yet fully standardized or optimized. Several critical areas, particularly information security management, still exhibit weaknesses and require special attention. Through the implementation of COBIT 5, the laboratory can assess the alignment of its IT governance processes with best practices and identify areas that require improvement. Social stigma, anxiety, and fear of diagnosis often prevent HIV-risk groups from accessing mental health services. Unfortunately, psychological screening has not been optimally integrated into primary health care. This study aims to develop VitaMind, a conversation-based psychological screening application that integrates a rule-based system and generative artificial intelligence (AI) to support early detection of psychological conditions in adolescents at risk of HIV. The research method used a Research and Development (R&amp;D) approach with a Waterfall software development model, including needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The results show that VitaMind is able to provide interactive, safe, and easily accessible self-psychological screening, equipped with sexual health education features and psychologist consultation registration. The integration of the rule-based system and generative AI produces adaptive and empathetic responses, thereby increasing user comfort. However, several regions in Indonesia have under-performed targets. Several factors contribute, including a lack of parental awareness of the importance of immunization, suboptimal program planning and management, and manual recording processes. These factors contribute to inaccurate decision-making. This research aims to create a dashboard system for monitoring and reminding toddlers about immunizations for decision support systems. The system development method used was the Scrum method. The results indicate that this system meets the standard requirements for immunization monitoring. Although various digital systems have been developed, fragmentation between physical growth and child development monitoring remains a major challenge. Objective: This study aims to map the research landscape of digital systems for child growth and development monitoring and identify gaps and the most frequently appearing system requirements in the literature. Method: A systematic mapping study was conducted on six data sources consisting of direct access and Publish or Perish searches, including Scopus, Scopus via PoP, PubMed, PubMed via PoP, IEEE Xplore, and Web of Science via PoP for the 2020-2025 period. A total of 16 research articles were analyzed using VOSviewer for bibliometric mapping and thematic analysis for system requirements identification. Results: The mapping revealed six research clusters with digital health positioned peripherally. Temporal analysis showed a shifting focus toward mental health integration, stunting prevention, and digital tool utilization. Three main gaps were identified: the peripheral position of digital health, separation between growth and development domains, and dominance of observational studies. The most dominant functional requirements were growth monitoring (12 articles) and developmental screening (11 articles), while usability (9 articles) was the main non-functional priority. Conclusion: Integration of growth and development monitoring in a single platform remains understudied. This study aimed to develop an e-Health-based Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) for assessing type 2 diabetes risk using a rule-based scoring method. The system was developed using a prototype-based system development approach, involving requirement analysis, system design, prototype development, and system evaluation. Risk determination was performed using six major factors including age, sex, body mass index, family history of diabetes, hypertension, and history of gestational diabetes based on ADA and PERKENI guidelines. System evaluation was conducted using black box testing to assess functional performance and usability evaluation using System Usability Scale (SUS) involving end users. The developed system successfully generated risk scores, categorized risk levels, and provided follow-up recommendations aligned with clinical guidelines. Evaluation results indicated that the system functions properly and demonstrates good usability performance.
